Omnissa Workspace ONE device verification
Overview
This Omnissa Workspace ONE device verification testing enables Android device partners to confirm compatibility and interoperability with Workspace ONE.
Upon successful completion of the device verification process and the execution of the applicable agreements with Omnissa, verified devices are listed on an internal Omnissa website that can be used by Omnissa sales and support teams for reference with joint customers.
Key Benefits
Omnissa team executes the verification testing and lists the device on internal website.
Devices are retained by Omnissa's engineering team to support joint customers.
Omnissa will collaborate with partners to ensure full Workspace ONE Assist compatibility.
A report of test results Is provided to the partner showing where any gaps In compatibility may exist.

This program supports verification testing using the latest release of products at the time of testing.

Roles and Responsibilities
Partners who participate in the program provide the following team members:
A partner program manager that acts as the primary point of contact on behalf of their team, and who acts as the lead for planning and issue prioritization.
A partner technical support contact that manages the support relationship, owns and serves as a single point of contact for all support-related activities, including escalations and ensures overall support readiness and training of the partner's support organization.

Partners are encouraged to highlight Omnissa as a partner with logos found in the Partner Marketing portal
The verification testing in this program lead to internal listings to better assist Support and Engineering with testing for joint customers
Support
Active engagement with the engineering team may be needed during verification.
Once verification is done, continue to engage with our global support team through standard channels available to all technology partners.
