Measure content engagement and compliance: Workspace ONE Content integration with Omnissa Intelligence
Workspace ONE Content, part of the suite of Workspace ONE Productivity Apps, enables end users to securely access and collaborate on corporate content across repositories from any device, anywhere, and anytime. Corporate files are securely distributed and managed by admins through Workspace ONE UEM (Unified Endpoint Management).

In this blog post, we will review several Workspace ONE Intelligence capabilities that enable detailed insights for enhancing content engagement and compliance reporting.
Generate user engagement report
Omnissa Intelligence admins can generate reports from provided templates or create custom reports. To create a content engagement report, navigate to Reports → Add → Custom Report → Category → Workspace ONE UEM → Device Content → Report name → Select attribute from Device Content based on the organization requirement.
Device Content attributes include Content Status, Content Acknowledgement Status, Content Name, Content Type, etc. Admins will be notified through email once reports are available for download. This will allow them to generate real-time data and make informed decisions.

Create report template for easy access
Admins can generate report templates that simplify report creation. Templates help reduce manual processes and save time and resources in creating new reports. To create a new template, select Reports → Manage Templates → Add → Category → Custom Report → Workspace ONE UEM → Device Content.

Build a custom dashboard for compliance reporting
Enterprise admins can create a custom dashboard that allows them to group reports with related metrics. This provides admins with detailed views of enterprise system health, device health, and document compliance in one single dashboard. Select Dashboard → Add → Enter dashboard name → Add Widget → Enter widget name → Workspace Intelligence.
Content compliance comprises of key metrics such as reliability, availability, and security. Select options required for Content compliance reporting which includes App loads, App crashes, Network errors, User flows, etc. Admins can set different filter values available which include Chart type, Date Range, and Frequency. These reports and dashboards can be shared with required stakeholders in the organization as well.
The admin can keep track of app availability and reliability through app crash rates and network errors which allow them to monitor such metrics against the organization’s SOPs.

Schedule reports to drive efficiency
The feature helps streamline operations and reduce manual processes, saving time and resources. Add a recurring schedule for the report to make sure real-time reports are generated and allow admins to make informed decisions.
